A Water Changemaker being the first Latin-American woman developing a Nature-Based technology for sanitation (with patent), Cindy has experience in participatory processes and gender mainstreaming in the WASH sector. She is proactive, adaptable with strong leadership and coordination skills. A dynamic and confident professional, Cindy is always interested to innovate and face new challenges where she can learn and broaden her know-how. With 8 years’ experience in project management, engineering consulting and bottom-up empowerment, her expertise in WASH, bioengineering, citizen-science, socioecological systems, governance and gender approaches gives her incredible insight into this industry.

Cindy has had broad international and multicultural trajectory focused in Europe and South America with an EU work permit and travel availability. She is fluent in Spanish, Catalan & English, and offers virtual facilitation training.
