Lylian is fascinated with social and environmental projects, specifically those dealing with climate ambition policy research, decarbonisation strategies and the New Green Deal.

As a bicultural engineer ( Brazil / France), I am always in pursuit of innovation, always hungry to discover the latest technologies and new cultures , transforming dreams in reality.

My projects involve:

-Broad networking and knowledge-sharing about environmental projects focused on sustainability issues

-Execution of the Civil Works partnership and tendering Projects,

-Technical advice to site works and construction projects, responsible for the technical relationships with partners

- Facilitation of dialogue and partnership, undertaking research to develop and share insights into emerging issues
