Siyka Radilova MA

Siyka Radilova is determined, driven by challenging and diverse assignments, self-motivated DEI professional with a master’s degree in Social Anthropology of Development (Merit). She has experience working with culturally and socially diverse groups in variety of different career sectors- businesses, charity sector, European institutions etc and well as different geographies. She is highly experienced in the DEI field and has shaped and managed many DIE projects and training programs, keeping up to date with current trends, policies, challenges and barriers. She is part of a large network of international DEI professionals for the purpose of mutual professional support and learning. She is an expert in Gender equality with a great focus on supporting women in the workplace- attraction, retention and advancement, as well as supporting any protected characteristics. She applies her experience and proven methods in helping different institutions in shaping and progressing on their DEI journeys.

She has organised and delivered workshops, webinars and trainings on a number of high profile international events or tailor- made events with diverse demographic and sectoral scope - satellite event to G7 Alliance for Resource Efficiency, focused on post disaster/conflict sustainable resource management; World Water Congress and Exhibition and many more.
