What To Do When You're "The Only Woman In The Room" - Holding Space with "Womxn In Water" Founder Amanda Jones

As an Project Manager working for a water utility, Amanda Jones quickly realized she was often "the only woman in the room." So she started "Womxn In Water" as an inclusive place for women working in the water workspace to get together, to talk and support each other in a "Mastermind" format. While "Womxn In Water" started as a local event where she lives (Tucson, Arizona), the Pandemic caused her to move her Mastermind online - expanding their reach to include womxn from around the country and even around the world! In this interview Amanda and Dr. Cat talk about ways of "holding space" - whether in-person or online - to create inclusive and safe spaces for womxn and for ALL water professionals!
